went for cheer on Friday and Saturday :)
on Friday, we did dance moves.
Saturday, we did stunts and gymnastics.

i also need to master heel stretch, single twist cradle and other stunts that i don't remember.

i wonder how can i do that if i can't even do pop cradle properly.
did pop cradle yesterday i hit Yan's eye and she cried.
after that, i didn't dare to it anymore :l
'cause i'm afraid that i hit someone else again..

when i woke up this morning, had a bad muscle ache after all the conditioning i did on Saturday.
if you don't what conditioning is, it's something like stretching.
but the stretching is really very tiring.
my muscle ache was so bad that i have difficulty getting out of bed and i can't even walk properly!
yeah, it's that bad!
if i'm not wrong, it's like the worst muscle ache i ever had!
